2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you've ordered. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You can find estimated delivery times on the product pages or during checkout. Typically items will ship within 72hrs or sooner of the order being placed. 3. Can I return or exchange items?
We accept returns on MERCH ONLY. If an item arrives damaged or non functional reach out to admin@rozfromfrasier.com to get it sorted in a timely manner.
4. How can I track my order?
Reach out via email admin@rozfromfrasier.com to receive your tracking number. We typically only provide tracking when its asked for by the customer.
5. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible. admin@rozfromfrasier.com
6. What if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as needed.

7. My Roz Pod Won't Pull!?!
Carefully unscrew and re-screw back in the glass part of the pod and pull again a bit harder. This should solve the problem in 95% of cases. Sometimes the connection there at that junction can be a little bit off so a simple readjustment is all thats necessary.
