1. Updated shipping cost information

We are technically offering free shipping for orders over $500. However, free shipping does not cover the shipping insurance. We now require shipping insurance for these orders in case of lost / stolen packages, etc. This measure is in place to protect our online store and you as our customer, to guarantee a no hassle re-ship if a package is lost or stolen. The cost is tiered, meaning for orders between $500 and $1000, the insurance cost is $10; for orders over $1000 up to $2000, the cost is $20- so on and so forth. 2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards via our payment processors. You can choose the option that suits you best during checkout. We  also accept wires and are capable of sending invoices with payment links to any desired email address. 


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product you've ordered. We aim to process and ship orders via UPS 3 day ground as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number to the email address you provide at checkout. Typically items will ship within 72hrs or sooner of the order being placed. As a rule of thumb you can expect us to ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Reach out to admin@rozfromfrasier.com with any other questions about shipping. 


4. Can I return or exchange items?
We accept returns on MERCH ONLY. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on consumables, smokables, or inhalables. If an item arrives damaged or non functional reach out to admin@rozfromfrasier.com to get it sorted in a timely manner.

 

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via pirateship to the email provided at checkout as soon as the shipping label is created.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible. 7. What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as needed.

8. My Roz Pod Won't Pull!?!

Carefully unscrew and re-screw back in the glass part of the pod and pull again a bit harder. This should solve the problem in 95% of cases. Sometimes the connection there at that junction can be a little bit off so a simple readjustment is all thats necessary.
